Cancellation and Returns Policy
Returns are easy with our online Returns Support Centre.
While most items can be returned for a refund or replacement within a 15-day return window, return policies may be different across product categories. Please check the rayms.in Returns Policies for details on the returns policies of specific product categories. If you buy any cosmetic and you want to return you need to return with seal. Without seal is not accepting for the return or replace. After 15 days we unable to accept any return policy.
How Easy Returns Work

Seller fulfilled items need to be returned directly to the seller and not to rayms. The seller will specify the return address and mailing instructions. For more information about returns and refunds for seller fulfilled orders,
Sellers are committed to sell only genuine products to customers on rayms. in. All sellers listing their products on rayms.in are required to enter an agreement to list and sell only genuine products.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information. As per our security procedures, we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

Cancellation before shipment:
Only those orders / items that have not been shipped can be cancelled online or through the Helpdesk reachable at: +91 9836026953. In case of Cancellation of Order/ Item the money paid by the customer shall be refunded to the same.
Cancellation post shipment:
In case the Customer wishes to cancel an Order that has already been shipped but is yet to be delivered, the same may contact the Helpdesk at: +91 9836026953 and not accept the delivery of the order. Once the order is received back by the company, the same shall refund the money paid as per the Refund policy included below.

Post lapse of the two-day period, the Items / Order may be shipping the products to following address within 7 days of the Order/ Item being delivered:
Once Order is shipped from our end then order is not eligible for cancellation.
Only Orders / Items still in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes etc. intact would be deemed to be valid and eligible for return/ refund.
The Products / Items shipped from our end go through a rigorous quality check processes before being dispatched for delivery, however, in rare cases, the products might get damaged during shipment. We provide free returns if you have received damaged or incorrect products.
In case the customer prefers to return the Products/ Items after receiving the products without any notable problems with the product the same may do so. However, in such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by customer with an additional charge of Rs 100 per returned Item as handling charges.
Refund amount would be refund only upon the company duly receiving back the Order/ Item and verifying the same to its satisfaction.
Amounts received via credit card / debit card or net banking, shall be refunded as per procedure to the same account.
Discount vouchers are for one time use only and shall be treated as utilized even if the order the same were utilized upon is canceled.
